Post Christmas Stuff

I hope everyone had a very happy holiday. There are many new Star Wars and World Series Championship Cubs gifts to put up as the season draws to a close and the tree is ready to come down. Now, as we look back at 2016 to see what we gained and what we lost; we also begin to look forward to 2017.

In 2017, the Reaper needs to take a vacation. Seriously, these past few days especially have been rough.

In 2017, I want to finish two novels, two novellas, and write one or two short stories a month. I’m not crazy enough to try the 52 week challenge, but finishing 12-24 shorts would be nice.

In 2017, I want to be a better person and enjoy life more. Sometimes I’m not a ray of sunshine and a more positive outlook is where I need to start.

In 2017, I want to try to get into the new office and actually have room to work.

In 2017, I hope we all make it through to see 2018.

To celebrate the new year, I have a special running for some Kindle stuff. Today through January 4th you can pick up Southern Devils and Wicked Tales for Wicked People for .99 each. So, fill up those Kindles! If you have Kindle Unlimited, you can download them for free and read them. You don’t have to buy them and when you read a book on Kindle Unlimited, the author gets paid by the amount of pages you read.

Lastly, 2017 will start off with a new release on January 13th. Middletown: Midtown Apocalypse will be unleashed in all of its zombie glory. It is up for pre-order now, so go and continue the adventure that started in Middletown Apocalypse.

mta2I hope everyone has a great New Year’s Day and try not to drink too much. I know it’ll be hard, but we can do this!

Until next year you crazy kids,

Brent
